Pelvic Health Mentorship for PTs/OTs/PTAs/OTAs
This Mentorship Program is designed to support physical therapists, occupational therapists, and PTAs/OTAs who are new to pelvic therapy or want to further develop their clinical skills, seek further education, and guidance from an experienced pelvic therapist. Participants can choose from various learning opportunities, including:
Personal Case Consults 1:1 Online: Engage in personalized sessions tailored to your specific learning needs and goals.
Group Case Consults Online: Participate in collaborative discussions with peers to explore diverse case studies and share insights.
Hands-on Lab Techniques In Person: Gain practical experience through interactive lab sessions to enhance your hands-on skills. Offered for 1:1 or in small groups.
**Prerequisite: For enrollment in Online Mentoring, practitioners must have successfully completed an onsite course teaching the internal exam(s) they wish to perform (vaginal and/or rectal exam), with the opportunity to practice exam and internal skills. This program is designed to assist practitioners in further developing their internal/external manual treatment skills and clinical decision making once a basic exam has been mastered.
